Global Week 2025: A Celebration of International Diversity and Culture

The Global Week, an incredible annual celebration of global culture and international diversity, taking place from 8–17 March 2024. This exciting event brings together the University of Portsmouth and the wider Portsmouth community to showcase the vibrant cultures, languages, and traditions that make our city truly unique.

As part of this celebration, we are thrilled to announce a special event on 20th March 2025, hosted by the University of Portsmouth. The Solent Language Hub will be providing transport for 100 students from our Hub Partner schools across Portsmouth to attend a day of cultural immersion and learning at the University.

This exclusive opportunity will allow students to:

• Engage with cultural workshops and activities.

• Discover new languages and traditions.

• Celebrate the diverse heritage that enriches our local and global communities.
